Signs and symptoms include changes in behavior, mood, and physical appearance. Drugs like Tramadol hydrochloride( tramol" or "red), Opioids( Painkillers like oxycodone, hydrocodone, and morphine),Cocaine, Cough and Cold Medications containing dextromethorphan (DXM), Inhalants( like glue, paint, or solvents) are highly abused by the youth. Drug abuse can lead to addiction, brain damage, and physical health problems. Prevention requires education, community programs, and policy changes. Treatment involves behavioral therapies and medications. Early intervention and support are crucial to prevent and overcome drug abuse. A comprehensive approach is necessary to address this complex issue.
Open defecation at beaches poses serious health risks and environmental harm. Approximately 950 million people worldwide practice open defecation, contaminating water and sand with diseases like cholera and typhoid fever. To address this issue, provide adequate sanitation facilities, promote education and awareness, implement waste management systems, and encourage community involvement.
